Shipping Policy

We currently ship to addresses within the United States.

1、Processing time Orders are processed within 3–5 business days, Monday to Friday, excluding holidays. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.

2、Delivery estimates All orders are shipped internationally from our fulfillment partners: 8–12 business days after dispatch.

Delivery estimates are provided by the carriers and are not guaranteed. Delays caused by weather, carrier operations, customs, or peak-season volume are outside our control.

3、Shipping charges Shipping charges, if any, are calculated and shown at checkout before you pay.

4、Tracking All orders are trackable. If your tracking has not updated for more than 10 business days, contact us at support@hule.club and we will look into it.

5、Damaged in transit If your order arrives damaged, contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the packaging and the item, and we will arrange a replacement or refund.
