1、Return & Refund Policy

Returns We accept returns within 15 days of delivery, provided the item is unused, complete (all tiles, racks, and accessories included), and in its original packaging.

To start a return, contact us at support@hule.club with your order number. We will provide the return shipping address. Please do not send items back before hearing from us — returns sent without authorization may not be accepted.

Who pays for return shipping?

• If the item arrived damaged, defective, or different from what you ordered: we cover return shipping and will provide instructions or a return label.
• For change-of-mind returns: return shipping is paid by the customer.

2、Refunds Once we receive and inspect your return, we will email you the outcome. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days of approval. Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

3、Exchanges If you would like a different color or item, return the original item as above and place a new order. If the item arrived damaged or defective, contact us and we will ship a replacement directly.

4、Non-returnable items Gift cards and final-sale items marked as such at checkout cannot be returned.

5、A note on mahjong cards Hule sets include a Hule quick-start guide. The official NMJL annual card is a separate NMJL publication and is sold separately by NMJL — it is not included with any Hule set and cannot be returned to us.
